SEMH Outreach Support Teacher

Permanent Appointment Employed by Four Rivers Family of Schools

Salary Scale MPS plus SEN Allowance – determined against experience

September 2025 or before if possible

Based at The Quay – Dial Park Campus

Please note that this role involves movement between schools within the Trust as well as wider partnerships with schools across Stockport.  It is essential that the successful candidate has a driving licence.

We are very excited to be able to offer a further position to add to our current SEMH outreach.  The successful candidate will be part of a very exciting opportunity to work within the Trust and beyond as part o our unique outreach offer.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who has a proven record in working with colleagues to understand SEMH needs.  The role will require some teaching commitment to a small class of learners as well as a support and consultancy role working with other schools and learners across the Trust and beyond.  The role will form part of a collective team of Outreach Support Teachers and will require creative thinking, teamwork and a solutions focused approach to learning.

Our successful candidate will help to devise and design a new learning offer to support inclusion for learners with SEMH as well as deliver training and support to schools who want to develop their culture in supporting inclusion for learners with additional needs.
