Our Four Rivers of Support is built on our aims to:
- Support schools in delivering a learning offer that is intentionally inclusive.
- Provide schools with the toolkit to meet the needs of all learners, specifically focusing on behaviour management, inclusive practice and recognising need for all.
- Support schools to design and implement consistent approaches for all learners.

How can we help?
We offer support in a variety of ways.
We can tailor a range of school support that can be determined after an initial consultation.
We offer a face to face or virtual consultation with one of our Directors of Learning to help consider your school needs and work in partnership to design a bespoke strategic plan for you and your school.
Support and Training Packages;
- Staff CPD – 1 hour in house training at your school delivered to your staff with training resources and follow up support.
- Half day training courses at your school or based in our training location.
- Full day training courses at your school or based in our training location.
- Six Session Courses to support SEMH needs in school.
- Ten Session Courses and Bespoke Mentoring/ Coaching in your school.
- School Improvement Support – Three half days/ Three full days.
- Headteacher and Leadership Appraisal half/ full day.
School Improvement Core Offer School to School Support for partner schools (Future Family Schools) planning to join the Trust.
5 half day visits and follow up report – Professional Conversations
1 day Accountability Conversation – completed independently of the LA but submitted to them for any maintained partner school
Headteacher PM – equivalent to 1 day
